Sayaka Toyokawa is the managing director of Interlink Okinawa Limited with business interests including: ‘Choraku’ Restaurant in Kin which showcases local specialties and the company’s original products, and two cake shops selling original cakes made from local ingredients. She obtained her BA and MBA in the UK, and awarded Student of the Year Prize. She keeps her hand in with the academic side of business as a Senior Assistant Professor at Okinawa University.
