Russell Sheppard

Russell Shepard, General Manager of ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort, began his career with InterContinental Hotels Group in 2007 and has since accumulated a wealth of diverse experience across a wide range of regions, including Australasia, the Middle East, the United States, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Prior to his appointment at ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort, he served as General Manager of ANA Crowne Plaza Narita, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management capabilities. During his tenure in Narita, Russell focused on fostering strong partnerships with the local community and actively promoted the development of local talent. He also successfully led several Crowne Plaza Global Hallmark pilot programs. With his extensive background in resort operations, proven leadership, and global perspective, Russell is expected to bring renewed energy and a clear vision to ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort, contributing significantly to its continued growth and future success. Outside of work, Russell is a devoted father of two who cherishes family time above all else. He enjoys an active lifestyle through trail running and beach activities.
